Library Cards
Free full access library cards are available to residents of Pike County. The following information is needed in order to process a card:
A. Picture I.D
B. Two official items with current address
*Cardholders in good standing at the Oakland City – Columbia Township Public Library are also eligible for a free limited access card. Guests should bring their Oakland City card and identification. Cards will be issued after a check with the patrons home library to verify they are in good standing.
Circulation Policy
As an Evergreen Indiana library, the library follows the following borrowing periods:

| Magazines | 2 weeks | .25/day late fee |
| Movies | 1 week | .25/day late fee |
